Emirates NBD pioneers this initiative as the first bank in the UAE to incorporate gaming into its educational tools, leveraging a network of over 163 branches and more than 760 ATMs and CDMs across the UAE, London, Singapore, Egypt, KSA, India, and Iran—allowing users to engage with banking concepts from the comfort of their own homes.

The application features a virtual rendition of Emirates NBD’s largest branch, enabling users to customize their avatars and explore functionalities such as activating debit cards, understanding ATM and CDM usage, and setting up mobile banking. Additionally, it includes various mini-games designed to assess and reinforce user skills. These activities are complemented by short educational videos, updates on Emirates NBD’s latest offerings, and social features like leaderboards where players can compare their progress globally.
